Why is the background cutout imperfect?

Subject extraction works best with clear lighting and visible contrast between the item and its background. Avoid motion blur, heavy shadows, and objects cropped by the edge of the photo.

Where are my items stored?

Nineframe stores your library locally on your iPhone. There is no Nineframe account or cloud sync. Deleting the app also deletes its local app data.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Nineframe's purchase screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that originally completed the purchase. You can manage active subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple Account.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open iOS Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select Nineframe, and follow Apple's cancellation options. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

Can Nineframe recover a deleted item?

No. Nineframe has no developer-operated cloud backup, so deleted local items cannot be recovered by ToolBistro.
