What to include
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- Whether you chose an existing video or recorded a new one.
- Whether shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle stayed visible from the side.
- What you expected and what happened instead. Do not email a workout video unless it is essential and you are comfortable sharing it.
How should I frame the video?
Use a side view with the phone near hip height. Keep one full person visible from shoulder through ankle for the entire set, and record from a similar position when comparing sessions.
Why was a rep not counted?
A complete rep must begin near the documented standing threshold, pass the documented lowest-phase threshold, and return to standing. Low joint confidence, occlusion, a front or diagonal view, or a partial cycle can prevent a rep from being counted.
What do the angles mean?
They are projected 2D estimates based on camera-observed shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle points. Camera position, clothing, lighting, and occlusion affect the numbers. Set Replay does not assign a safety or correctness grade.
How do I export history?
Open History and use the export action. Pro generates a clearly labeled CSV on your device, then presents Apple's share sheet.
How do I restore or cancel?
Use Restore on the purchase screen. Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple Account.
Is Set Replay medical or coaching advice?
No. It reports observable mechanics from a selected video and does not determine whether a movement is safe, correct, or suitable for you. Stop if you feel pain and consult a qualified professional when needed.
