Privacy Policy

The short version: Liftlog stores your plan and workout history locally. It has no account, analytics, advertising SDK, HealthKit connection, or developer server.

Workout records

Your preferences, workout plan, completed sets, weights, repetitions, personal records, and progress history are stored in Liftlog's local app storage.

Health data

Liftlog does not connect to Apple Health or HealthKit and does not read health records from other apps. It is a workout journal, not a medical service.

CSV export

CSV files are generated locally and leave Liftlog only when you choose to save or share them.

Purchases

Apple processes subscriptions and purchases. Liftlog can read StoreKit entitlement status, but ToolBistro does not receive your payment-card details.

Tracking and data sale

Liftlog contains no third-party analytics, advertising, cross-app tracking, or data-broker SDK. ToolBistro does not sell personal data.

Delete your data

Deleting Liftlog removes its local app storage from the device. ToolBistro cannot recover deleted workout history.
