• Your iPhone model and iOS version.
• Whether you used the document camera or Photos.
• The screen and action involved.
• A screenshot only if it does not expose private notes.

Why is recognized text inaccurate?

Use even lighting, keep the page flat, and avoid blur or handwriting the on-device recognizer cannot read. Always review source-linked draft cards before saving.

Why is a card scheduled unexpectedly?

Snapcard updates the local review interval from your Again, Hard, Good, or Easy rating and the exam deadline. Check the exam date and recent rating history.

How do I restore or cancel?

Use Restore Purchases on the paywall. To cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, and select Snapcard.

Can deleted notes be recovered?

No. Snapcard has no ToolBistro cloud backup of pages, cards, or study history.
