How do I open caregiver controls?

Enter the four-digit code created during onboarding. SwitchPath stores only a one-way local digest of that code, so support cannot retrieve or reset it remotely.

How do I show a plan change?

Open Caregiver controls from the live path, enter the local code, choose Change what comes next, select a replacement and neutral reason, then confirm. SwitchPath shows WAS, NOW, and STAYS THE SAME before returning to the path.

Why did a reminder not appear?

Check that notifications are allowed for SwitchPath in iOS Settings, save the reminder again from Caregiver settings, and confirm that the selected time is still in the future.

Does SwitchPath collect information about my child?

No. It has no child account, profile, camera, photo-library access, microphone, speech recognition, location, analytics, advertising, tracking, or developer-operated server.

How do I restore Pro?

Open Caregiver settings, enter the local code, and choose Restore Apple purchase while signed in with the Apple Account that completed the original lifetime purchase. There is no subscription or trial.

How do I delete local data?

Open Caregiver settings, choose Delete All Data, and confirm. This removes the local code digest, custom bridges, reminder, settings, and open path; an Apple purchase remains restorable.
