Privacy Policy

The short version: CueLocal does not collect data. It has no account, developer server, cloud sync, ads, analytics, tracking, or network recognition fallback. Scripts, recordings, captions, and settings stay in the app container unless you explicitly share them.

No developer collection

CueLocal has no account, developer-operated server, cloud database, analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party data broker SDK. ToolBistro does not receive your scripts, voice, video, captions, or settings.

Camera and microphone

CueLocal requests camera and microphone access only after you open the visible recording surface and start a take. Recording is explicit, with a persistent red indicator, elapsed timer, and stop control.

Speech recognition and captions

When supported and permitted, CueLocal may use Apple's on-device speech recognition to align timing after a recording. It never rewrites the script words and has no network fallback. If on-device alignment is unavailable or uncertain, deterministic prompt timing is used and labeled for review.

Local storage

Scripts, takes, caption timing, and settings are stored in CueLocal's local app container. The app does not upload them or synchronize them through a developer service.

Exports and sharing

Videos and SRT files leave CueLocal only after you explicitly choose Share and select a destination in the iOS share sheet.

Purchases

CueLocal purchases are processed by Apple. The app can read StoreKit product and entitlement status, but ToolBistro does not receive your payment card details.

Delete your data

Use Delete All Data in CueLocal to remove local scripts, takes, captions, and settings, or delete the app to remove its remaining local data.
