Privacy Policy
Information stored on your device
ExamTriage stores exam names and dates, daily capacity, topic names, remaining-minute estimates, importance and self-rated need, archive state, active-session timestamps, planned block duration, estimate-before and estimate-after values, optional recall self-reports, optional notes, immutable receipt snapshots, and the purchase-entitlement cache needed to operate the app. These records remain in the app's local container.
No developer collection
ExamTriage has no account, developer-operated server, cloud database, analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDK. ToolBistro does not receive the exams, topics, capacity values, session receipts, recall entries, or notes stored in the app.
No sensitive permissions
ExamTriage does not request Photos, camera, microphone, contacts, location, HealthKit, notifications, Screen Time, VPN, DNS, or tracking permission. It does not read course content or activity from another app.
Planning calculations
Capacity checks, dated blocks, planning weights, and descriptive comparisons are calculated on-device from the values you enter. ExamTriage does not verify learning, predict grades or passing, measure mastery or readiness, or guarantee an academic outcome.
Exports and sharing
CSV history exports and Lifetime PDF workload proof are generated locally. They leave ExamTriage only after you explicitly choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. That destination may apply its own privacy terms, so review an export before sharing it.
Purchases
The one-time Lifetime purchase is processed by Apple. ExamTriage can read StoreKit product and entitlement status, but ToolBistro does not receive your payment card details.
Tracking and data sale
ExamTriage contains no cross-app tracking or data broker SDK. ToolBistro does not sell exam, topic, session, recall, note, comparison, or export data.
Delete your data
Delete or archive individual exams and topics in the app, or use Delete all local data in More to remove local exams, topics, active-session state, completed receipts, recall entries, notes, and settings after confirmation. Deleting the app also removes its remaining local app data from the device. Files already shared elsewhere are not affected, and an Apple Lifetime purchase remains restorable.
