Why is Record disabled for Given?
Enter the caregiver name and enable I checked the veterinarian or pharmacy label. Confirm the pet, medication name, strength, dose text, and route against the real label before saving.
Can MedTally tell me whether to give a missed or late dose?
No. MedTally records outcomes and keeps overdue items unresolved until a caregiver acts. Contact the prescribing veterinarian or pharmacy for missed-dose, timing, interaction, side-effect, or treatment questions.
How do I correct the wrong outcome?
Open the finalized dose, choose Correct this entry, select the replacement outcome, and enter a reason. MedTally appends the correction and retains the prior event in the local audit history.
Why did a reminder not appear?
Check that notifications are allowed for MedTally in iOS Settings, confirm Reminders is enabled on the medication plan, and verify that the scheduled time is still in the future.
How do I export or delete records?
Open Records and choose Share to create the handoff, CSV, and JSON files locally. Review the files before sharing. To delete everything, open Settings and confirm Delete all local records.
How do I restore Pro?
Open Settings and choose Restore purchase while signed in with the Apple Account that completed the original lifetime purchase. There is no subscription or trial.
