Privacy Policy

The short version: OptionMemo does not collect data. It has no account, developer server, cloud database, remote AI, ads, analytics, tracking, or third-party SDK. Decision records stay in the app container unless you explicitly share an export.

No developer collection

OptionMemo has no account, developer-operated server, cloud database, remote AI service, advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party SDK. ToolBistro does not receive your decision data.

Information stored on your device

Decision titles, categories, options, lenses, expectations, chosen options, rationales, review dates, observation labels, notes, saved lens sets, and settings are stored locally in the app container.

Permissions and services

OptionMemo does not request access to Photos, camera, microphone, contacts, location, HealthKit, notifications, or tracking. It does not use developer-operated sync.

Exports and sharing

CSV and PDF files are generated locally. They leave OptionMemo only after you explicitly use Apple's share sheet and choose a destination.

Purchases

The optional lifetime unlock is processed by Apple. OptionMemo can read StoreKit entitlement status, but ToolBistro does not receive your payment card details.

Professional-advice boundary

OptionMemo is a recordkeeping tool. It does not score decision quality, recommend an option, verify causation, predict an outcome, provide professional advice, or guarantee a result.

Delete your data

Delete individual memos or use Delete All Local Data inside OptionMemo. Deleting the app also removes its remaining local app data, subject to Apple-controlled device and backup behavior.
