What to include
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The app version shown in Settings.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- A screenshot only if it contains no information you want to keep private.
Can OptionMemo recommend the best option?
No. OptionMemo preserves comparable expectations and the choice you made; it does not score, rank, recommend, or predict.
Can I change a memo after freezing it?
The original forecast remains immutable. Later observations are stored separately so the review cannot rewrite what you expected.
Why are unchosen options marked counterfactual?
Only the chosen future became directly observable. OptionMemo does not invent results for options you did not choose.
How do I export or delete data?
Create a CSV or PDF locally and explicitly share it through the iOS share sheet. Delete one memo or use Delete All Local Data for the app container.
How do I restore the lifetime purchase?
Choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account that completed the original purchase. There is no subscription or trial.
