Privacy Policy
Information stored on your device
PausePlan stores the plan titles, cues, responses, decision-window lengths, archive state, session timestamps, neutral outcome labels, optional 0–10 self-ratings, optional private notes, and purchase-entitlement cache needed to operate the app. These records remain in the app's local container.
No developer collection
PausePlan has no account, developer-operated server, cloud database, analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDK. ToolBistro does not receive the plans, sessions, ratings, notes, or descriptive insights stored in the app.
No sensitive permissions or monitoring
PausePlan does not request access to Screen Time, VPN, DNS, Shortcuts, notifications, HealthKit, Photos, camera, microphone, contacts, or location. It cannot see another app, monitor activity outside PausePlan, or verify what you did.
Exports and sharing
CSV exports and Lifetime PDF proof sheets are generated locally. They leave PausePlan only after you explicitly choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. That destination may apply its own privacy terms, so review an export before sharing it.
Purchases
The one-time Lifetime purchase is processed by Apple. PausePlan can read StoreKit product and entitlement status, but ToolBistro does not receive your payment card details.
Tracking and data sale
PausePlan contains no cross-app tracking or data broker SDK. ToolBistro does not sell plan, session, rating, note, insight, or export data.
Delete your data
Delete a plan from the Plans tab, or use Delete all PausePlan data in More to remove local plans, active-session state, completed receipts, ratings, notes, and export records. Deleting the app also removes its remaining local app data from the device. Files already shared elsewhere are not affected, and an Apple Lifetime purchase remains restorable.
