Why can I not create another active plan?

The free library holds one active plan. Archive or delete the current plan, or unlock PausePlan Lifetime for unlimited active plans. Existing pauses, history, receipt detail, and CSV export remain free.

What happens if I leave during a pause?

The decision window is derived from stored timestamps. When you return after suspension or locking the device, PausePlan calculates the correct remaining time rather than pretending the app stayed in the foreground.

What do the outcomes mean?

Used the plan, chose the original action, still deciding, and ended early are neutral labels for what you record. PausePlan does not calculate success, streak, willpower, relapse, sobriety, risk, diagnosis, or treatment scores.

How do I export or delete my records?

Open More to export all history as CSV. Lifetime users can also create a local PDF proof sheet. Delete a plan from Plans, or use Delete all PausePlan data in More to remove all local plans and receipts after confirmation.

How do I restore Lifetime?

Open More and choose Restore Purchase while signed in with the Apple Account that completed the original one-time purchase. There is no subscription or trial.
